Message from the Co-Convenors
On behalf of the 2025 PelvEx Organising Committee and Sydney Local Health District,
we are incredibly excited to announce that the 2025 PelvEx meeting will be held in Sydney
on Thursday 16 October to Saturday 18 October 2025.
This three-day program will provide all pelvic exenteration clinicians and researchers with
an intensive update on surgical advancements and innovations in pelvic exenteration surgery,
highlighting the latest techniques and research findings. It is the only forum that allows all
international experts to come together to share ideas that will shape the future of pelvic exenteration.

About PelvEx
PelvEx Collaborative is an international organisation
comprising of world leaders in the field who specialise in
complex and radical surgery in the pelvis. Established in
2017, PelvEx Collaborative started hosting annual
meetings to bring together respected clinicians to
provide education and disseminate research. This has
become a highly valued international meeting for all
relevant clinicians in the field, with the meeting
continuing to attract an ever-growing audience internationally.
Workshop Location
The 2025 PelvEx Workshop will be held at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital at 145-147 Missenden Road, Camperdown on Thursday 16 October 2025.
Meeting Location
The 2025 PelvEx Meeting will be held at the Hilton Hotel at 488 George Street in Sydney’s Central Business District on Friday 17 October and Saturday 18 October 2025.
This centrally-located venue will allow you to explore Sydney’s iconic attractions.
